One of my scouts is no longer visible in scoutbook. I can’t update his badges he earned at camp for the upcoming court of honor. member ID 137265940. I called local office today they told me to check back after 4pm central that it was just a refresh that needed to happen. I just checked and I still cannot see this scout. Can someone look into it for me?
