My daughter is cross registered with a crew.
She has lost all her BSA advancement numerous times. Her advancement only shows in the crew when her parents view her scoutbook account. She can’t see what merit badges or rank she has. We have had council correct her BSA I’d numerous times but it keeps happening. We are at a loss and she is getting discouraged trying to advance.
Is there a way to get the proper BSA I’d on her scoutbook account and make it stick?

@GeorgeHresko first assumption is this involves more than one council? Post BSA # of Scout (no names) and we can look at it.
Yes, two seperate councils.
She has 3 now.
The real one is: 140166243 which has all her advancement, is with a Crew in TX, and she is in FL. She can not even see this one.
Somehow she got a new number this year with recent advancement items. 137243974
The third we have no idea is 135343780.

@GeorgeHresko well there is no real one - all are real - it is the multi council that is the issue - let me take a look
