Hello, We have a close group of 4-5 boys. In the past, one parent has been able to log hikes, etc. on all of our kids accounts. He is trying to gain access to the other 2-3 newer kids that have come in with us so he can log everyone’s stuff at the same time. How does he gain access to those other kids to log their activities? Thanks!
With the new system someone who is just a parent cannot do that.

Yes newer kids are registered. The adult is not yet but working towards it I believe. We will revisit once he is.
Adults must be registered with the BSA in order to be connected to Scouts who are not their children and enter advancement and/or activity data.
