Parent (BSA Member ID 12768972) Is linked to all of her children in scoutbook, it shows she has full access, and yet she cannot enter anything on any of her children’s progress pages. Please advise.

She has 2 my.scouting.org IDs, 2 Scoutbook IDs and 2 BSA Member IDs. She needs to log in with the my.scouting.org ID that is the portion of her e-mail address before the @. She should not log in with her e-mail address.
I will merge the accounts and retire the my.scoutng.org ID that is her e-mail address.
Is she using https://scoutbook.scouting.org or the Scouting App? We had had reports of parents not being able to record advancement in the Scouting App.
