Where is the Youth Members without P/G report?
Under development - it should be a report in the Roster tool.
It’s not just a lack of parent in Akela that’s the issue. Sometimes it’s the other parent, the parent has a duplicate account, or there is a typo in the parent’s email address.

This is where we really should be using our Council admin staff / registrar
assistants. We see way too many of these in the forum…
I can honestly say that if they force the on-line app for scouts and adults it will most likely be the end of my time in scouting.
I agree. But most people don’t even know they have an issue. When we see it, we tell them to ask their registrar to move the parent relationships.
Some of the duplicate account issues are because of a council transfer. Registrars can’t help with those because they can’t see the other council accounts to merge them. Other issues we see is someone creates myst account, they live near a council boarder and are put in the wrong council because the zip code assigns the council and some zips span councils or they are trying to register in a unit in the neighboring council.
We have also seen issues where a registrar can’t see an account in their council for some unknown reason.
These are issues that some of us in the SUAC can fix in minutes or the council can open a member care ticket and wait for someone in Irving to fix.
This is such a philosophical/ process flaw.
