Opt out email

Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

I have a parent that is not receiving email messages because Scoutbook has her listed as opting out of receiving messages. She does not remember opting out and does not know how to opt back in. How can she go about opting back in? Her id number is 128272575. her scouts user number is 13883873

@RebeccaGolueke The parent needs to log in to Scoutbook (legacy) at:

https://scoutbook.scouting.org

Then go to:

Administration → My Account → Email

To the right of where it says “Messaging Opt-Out”, there is a toggle where she can opt back in.
