Each time I load the Organization Manager → Settings, the “Types of Youth Applicants This Pack Accepts” is always unset and isn’t reflecting what the actual setting should be. I’ve saved the field with the correct value, but after logging in again it still does not reflect the correct value. See the screenshots below.

Additionally, the Organization Manager → Unit Pin shows that we are a “Boy Pack” only.
On beascout.scouting.org our Unit Pin correctly shows as being a Pack with “Dens for Boys or Girls”.
