Our Scoutmaster's login doesn't go anywhere anymore

He can appear to successfully log in using the site’s username/password but it only takes him to a landing page that tells him he has no active memberships and he will need to add one to continue, and that page has a dropdown to select a council and a space to enter a member ID. He does that and it says it added the id and then nothing happens after that. Over and over, tried other computers and browsers, cleared cache, and tried mobile too. I can log in from them and he can’t. He is active, trained, registered, renewed through next year. He can log into Scoutbook without issues.

Is there a new process we aren’t doing that he needs to go do, or can I manage his account on my side and fix it for him?

Could you ask him to log all the way out, then log back in again?

He logged out of whatever he was in. Sent the following link for the landing page he ends up on:

It is best to do it on forums from our experience - we can setup a private thread once the user is on forums

He just tried logging in and it worked. Not sure if/what you did but it seems to have fixed it.
