Pack leaders unable to take attendance during event/meetings

Why are the Pack 0321 Occoneechee NC Leaders unable to take attendance in SB+ during their meetings/events? They can do it the minute after the end time yet they are not able to take during the meeting/event.

The BT & GT leaders are able to take attendance as soon as an event/meeting starts. What is the bug here? Please advise.

The first shot is showing this DL#12722822 can take attendance after an event but she is not able to do during an event. The 2nd shot is DL#13913967 who tried during her last meeting. ALL the DLs are reporting this. The Cubmaster never checked during the event before. Now he has confirmed he cannot take attendance either during the event.

Check to see that the time zone is set correctly on the pack. An incorrect time zone can affect the ability to take attendance at the expected time.

Is that for the individuals access or is there some place where the Pack changes it? If Pack let me know where. I found it for me and it was set correctly. Probably why I could do it.

Settings → Unit Timezone
