142116327 parent is getting emails from the BT321 but not the Pack 321. I see he has not signed into SBLegacy to complete that connection and have sent him a new invite. However, why is he getting any calendar updates/messages from our BT321?
HAve you looked at the Troop events to see if the person is listed as Invitee to that event?
@TammieZemler- the legacy scoutbook is not the process to connect parents/guardians.
@TammieZemler Have you added the dad as a parent “Relationship” to the Scout in Scoutbook Plus?
