the two scouts in the picture are not in the pack. Have no way to mark these as awarded to remove them from the report.

@JosephDitch - have you checked the membership page for both of these scouts ?
yes. Edward is an aged out Eagle scout with no current membership. Nicholas is only a member of a Troop.
Have you cleared old connections?
@JenniferOlinger - I ran a pack recognition report and it posted my son who is in a crew. There seems to be some sort of bleed over.

@JosephDitch - just as an awareness the forums are volunteers. I see first if removal of old connections helps resolve the issue as Jennifer suggested.
Removing connections made no difference.
I assume they drop if you un-check the “Include Not-Awarded…”
correct, but so does others that I need on the report.
yeah that is what I am trying to figure out
I kind of see issue as that checkbox totally ignores date ranges so by definition they should show - membership is not part of the formula.
That I do understand, wouldn’t be an issue if there was still a way to add membership for the scout into the unit, mark everything as awarded, then close the membership. Was able to do that at one point, but no longer an option with all the changes. For the report to be accurate and fully usable for a unit, it now must check active membership to the unit.
