Parent acess to Scoutbook

Parent of BSA ID 13907963 is unable to access child’s scoutbook profile. I noticed there are 2 email IDs for the parent. Could this be the reason? Thanks for the help/

Are they trying to log in with an email username - or by clicking Log in with Google? I see both options @RSinTexas

I believe she is using email username.
