I have a parent who has not used Scoutbook in a while and forgot their password. When they go through the reset process it is sending the password reset to an email address that no longer exists. How do we get an updated email address associated with this parent account? Or is it best to delete this account and have the parent create a brand new account again?

I would like to direct him where to go. How does he go about having the council reset it for him? I’m assuming once he gets in he’ll then have access to the part of his profile with the bad email address.

USually it is the council registrar - they use the VST tool or registrar tools
