Parent appears connected to her boys with multiple accounts

Hello,

We have a leader/parent in Troop 1444 and 3444, (removed by moderator). She has three boys in Troop 1444. From my POV, I can see that she’s connected to each of them. From hers, though, it looks like two of them have two accounts. And she says she isn’t connected in my.scouting.

Here’s what she sees:

When I go into My.scouting and click on her son (removed by moderator), for example, it shows the (removed by moderator) is connected to (removed by moderator) and (removed by moderator). But when I click the link to either of their accounts, I get this error.

@DanielDye - this is known issue - the guid error that is. You can access the parents via scoutbook classic

@DanielDye This double connection happens sometimes - what is the parents SB User or MID and we can usually solve it

@DanielDye Scouts had 2 accounts - check DOB for SK as there where 2

@DanielDye if DOB does not appear correct - council can fix
