Parent can log into SB but not Plus/IA

I have a mom who is a parent to two scouts (136395057 & 133582985). She can log into Scoutbook, but when she tries to log into Scoutbook Plus/Internet Advancement, she gets a “person not found for given person” error. I think part of the problem is that for one of her sons (133582985), she’s listed twice, but I can’t even look at one of her profiles because when I try to look at that profile, it tells me I don’t have access to it (I can see the other one just fine). Is this a needs-to-be-combined error or something else? Thanks.

@JamesCoile I merged those accounts - lets see if that solves it
