Parent not able to see scout and admins not able to open parent profile

I have a parent who was able to see his scouts information, but now cannot in Scoutbook+. Looking at the connections in Legacy Scoutbook, it shows his name twice. If I click on his profile in Scoutbook+ after going to his scout I get a screen that just says undefined.

If I try to edit the parent profile from Legacy Scoutbook, I get an error about my position not having permission for that, which may be accurate since it’s a parent account, but if I click it on the other parent name that doesn’t have a MID attached to it, it does load the profile in Scoutbook+.

Open scout, click parent MID listed above, receive the attached screen.

@AndrewThumma I have merged the user’s Scoutbook accounts.

That appears to have cleaned up Scoutbook, but now Scoutbook+ shows 2 entries for this parent.

MID: 141920609 (which shows the error in the screenshot when I click on it still)

and

MID: 102206944 which shows Initiated after it.

When the parent logs into scoutbook+ they still get a message that says they don’t have access as it’s trying to log into the one showing the error.

@AndrewThumma You might need to wait for the overnight sync to run. And also clear your cache.

MID: 102206944 which shows Initiated after it.

If you still see this as “Initiated” tomorrow, you should be able to delete it as a relationship in Scoutbook Plus.
