I have a parent who has been trying to log in to Scoutbook. He accepted the invitation to connect and followed instructions to set up his account. But when he tried to log in it tells him his password is invalid. When he clicks the “forgot password” link, it tells him they’ve emailed password recovery information, yet there is no email. He’s checked spam/junk folders, but there’s nothing from Scoutbook. Has anyone experienced this? How can he get into his account? Thanks in advance!
Post the BSA Member ID or Scoutbook User ID (on profile page below the BSA Member ID) and someone will investigate. Please do not post the individual’s name.

@BillieTriplett This parent has Google sign in turned on, so he needs to sign in with his Google name and Google password.
