Parent with multiple email accounts

I have a parent who is trying to login but not getting the reset password notices. She has a few parent/scoutbook accounts as they have changed troops a few times over the last few years.

(removed by Moderator)l current and correct email address is (removed by Moderator). This is listed with all three of her scouts in the troop. She had previous email account of (removed by Moderator) that has to be shutdown.

@WilliamEvans - you might want to avoid posting personal emails in a public forum. The bsa id is generally sufficient.
