Parent Can’t See Cub

Parent can’t see her Cub. Child’s ID is 12942881.

Confirmed she is using the account that I can see (based on her email.) I’m not able to see a BSA ID on her profile.

The mother to that scout last logged in 1/30/22 - so she is using wrong account - find the SB User ID under her edit profile when she is logged in

I found the other account and am fixing it

That’s what I thought too. She did pull up her profile and the ID is 13881521.

When I click on her attached acct, it’s not showing her ID in internet advancement.
