Parent unable to view Scout

I have two parents in my Pack who are showing they’re connected to their Scout (141337271) but they are unable to see any information. One parent has a BSA ID 141337267, the other parent doesnt seem to have a BSA ID for some reason but he is able to log into my.scouting and Scoutbook.

@PatrickEgan that typically means the the parent has a different account they are logging into - they can log into my.scouting.org > go to My Profile and get the Member ID they see there - then we can look things up

His member ID is 141517385

That BSA # is connected to Scout and logged in today - I suggest you watch them login to see

This parent had a duplicate Scoutbook account. This should be fixed now.
