I have a mother that logs in, and can’t seem to connect to son. What steps should we take?

Parents/guardians can’t connect themselves to their scouts in SB+. The unit Key 3 or the connected parent/guardian can make the connection by clicking on the “+” underneath the scout’s relationships in the scout’s profile on SB+, then providing the required information. The registrar can also add these parent/guardian relationships.
If you post the scout’s Member ID (no names, please!), the SUAC may be able to take a look and see if there is some other issue at play.

I see her linked in SB, but when she logs into my.scouting, it takes her to her page with no way to see her son?

@MarkHolley She appears to have the correct relationship. There isn’t much for her to see in my.Scouting for her child.
