I am having the same problem described here. My NBC coordinator and I as troop chair (we are both troop admins) are unable to link a MBC with a pair of scouts. The MBC can be found on the MBC list. We are using the email from the MBC list. When I search for the MBC to connect with the scout within the scout’s connections, no name is found. When I search for the MBC to connect with the scout within the scout’s advancement, no name is found. The search has been performed using his id number, email and full name and combinations thereof.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
