I added a parent to a scout’s profile and then had Scoutbook send an invite to him. The email invitation gives a password but no username. When he tries to log in using his email address and the password, it doesn’t work. When I try to view his profile information, I get this message: Error Logged-in user does not have access to this API. Normally, I can view all parent profiles. I have created a Scoutbook roster report of all adults, which includes their member IDs. There is no member ID associated with this parent. Is there something else I need to do to give him a member ID?
@JenniferBell3 you can provide the Scoutbook User ID and we can look. Or the parent can go to my.scouting.org and make an account > then at scoutbook.scouting.org they can sign in > go to My Connections > at the top in Red there is a link to add a Scout as a child connection
