Parent can't invite scout

New parent scout combo and parent can’t invite scout. Not sure if there is duplicate account. Appreciate any assistance.

@DanaMyers2 is the parent trying to allow the Scout to log in and have their own login? That is done in my.scouting.org now - see this PDF -

@DanaMyers2 and that scout already as a username for login from 2021 - they could use the BOT at my.scouting.org bottom right for help or council can help
