Parent Cannot Log in to their Scoutbook Account

I have a parent who has never been able to access Scoutbook. He was sent an invitation and tried to set up his account. When he goes through the “reset password” process, it tells him his answers are wrong and won’t let him set up a password.

@MegganHall Because this parent does not have a my.scouting account, he can’t reset his password there. I have reset his password. He should log in with his e-mail address as the user name and Training1.
