Parent can't access

Parent cannot access her son’s account. She used to be able to.
Her email is (removed by Moderator)
Her member ID is 12733771

@PamelaSherratt - the bsa id would be needed though. Does the parent get an error of any kind?

Post the BSA Member ID (no names) and we will investigate.

@PamelaSherratt It looks like she last logged in in July.

Does she need to reset her password? She should be able to reset the password at my.scouting using the chatbot (“Betty”).
