I have a parent who can’t complete his son’s application through BeAScout. He has stated that they almost joined a couple years ago but never actually paid or received a membership number. Since then there has been a change in guardianship and the application won’t accept his name. Is this fixable or is sending a paper copy up the chain the best way to get this sorted out? Thanks in advance
Council MIGHT be able to fix - but paper is probably way to go
