Parent cant reset password

I have a parent who can’t access scoutbook. They said they used their email address but now when they click the forgot password they don’t receive any email address. The saved email is correct. It says they are not connected and the invitation was resent.

Can you check if they were ever logged in or what they need to do to get access?
