Parent can't login to scoutbook through invite

Parent can’t login to scoutbook when clicking on link in invite. They said they are getting message saying their previous account is being used by someone else. However, on scoutbook it is saying they still have not connected. BSA ID is 14703547. Thank you for your help!

@EileenWang This should be fixed.

I recommend asking this parent to log in at my.scouting (menu → My Profile) and double-check: spelling of her name, date of birth (DOB), and address.

She should be logging in with her my.scouting username and password – not her e-mail address.

The parent was able to login to their account but are still having some issues. She said that when she logs in it is showing her as part of Monmouth Council and her member ID as 12910235. Is it possible that she has two member IDs?
Also, she has been unable to reset her daughters password to get her logged in.

@EileenWang Yes, she has multiple BSA member numbers.

14703547 is the one in your council 777.

Please have her try logging in again.
