Scout unable to access own account in Scoutbook

One of my scouts has been granted access to their account by their connected parent, but can no longer get into Scoutbook to view his advancement or send emails. I have confirmed his email address and BSA ID, both do not work when attempting to reset his password. The “Invite Scout to Connect” link is no longer visible on the parent account.

My council office is at a loss on how to resolve.

Any insights on how to help would be appreciated!

Post the Scout’s BSA Member ID (no names) and we will investigate.
