Parent Can't See Sibling on SB?

Hi! I have a parent that appears to be connected in SB but states that she cannot see the older sibling. Her BSA ID is the same on both profiles and everything looks good on my end. Can you please check:

Parent BSA ID: 13733146
Child’s BSA ID: 13660170

This is a watch them log in situation - they have not logged in since 9/12/22 - they should be clicking sign in with google

@JennyGoguen The parent is logging in at my.scouting – not Scoutbook.
