Parent not seeing My family

Hi. This is similar to other posts. A parent can login to Scoutbook but only sees her info and does not see My family. I can see in Connections Manager that she should have full control of her son’s profile.

Her BSA ID is 129135916
Son’s BSA ID is 129135915

I’m not sure what to check next, is there something you can link up on your end?

@TiinaSeres Pretty sure they just do not know to click Admin > My Dashboard - watch them log in one time
