Dad is MID 13924699
Dad is CM, transferred son to Troop, claims can’t see youth at all, even on his home page. I checked, and everything looks ok. Any idea?

@MarianMcQuaid first guess is the father is looking at SB+ - he would have to change Profiles in top right - or go to Scoutbook Legacy
Is the Dad looking in Scoutbook (legacy)?
Let me check. I bet he is looking in Plus to do advancement. I hate when people don’t know what they are doing.

That’s one of the reasons everyone keeps suggesting that users themselves post here whenever possible. It’s cuts down on the back-and-forth that facilitators have to do trying to get accurate and complete info.

@MarianMcQuaid I reset his parent connection to the Scout in Scoutbook (legacy). That might resolve the issue.
