Parent claim cannot see their Cub Scout

Parent claims cannot see their Cub Scout’s information, but show up on Scoutbook as connected. Looks fine from my end, though.

Everything looks correct in the database. The parent should be using the Google Login button to log in to Scoutbook. This may be a situation where you need to look over the parent’s shoulder while they try to log in.

To be clear, they SHOULD be using the Google Login button, or SHOULD NOT?
