Parent shows connected in Scoutbook but cannot see scout when they log in

I have a parent (13926193) that shows being connected on my end to their scout (13926199) but when they log in they cannot see their scout or their advancement.

That mother (I think) is signing in as Her son - she needs to log in by clicking the Goggle Login Button @KarlHomburg
