I have a Cub Scout (BSA ID 141758753, SB profile Id 14373935) that has both parents listed as connections in SB+.
When I click on the mother (BSA Id 141758677) it brings up her personal info just fine (under SB profile Id 14371733.
When I click on the father (BSA Id 12129014), I get a null in the url for their personal info:
https://advancements.scouting.org/adultProfile/null?childUserId=14373935
Is this something that council can change, or further up the chain? The dad was told that it was because of his childhood BSA id causing issues)

@BenSamways the father can log in fine? seems so. it is just when leads click on the Parent relationship in SB+ you get a bad link?? I fixed one thing but not sure I am fully following what you are saying

I’m guessing that the father doesn’t have a SB+ profile Id number, hence why there’s a null in the URL of the second screenshot

No change - did an “empty cache and hard reload” option, just in case.
Tried Edge, Firefox, and Chrome on Windows 11, and Opera on iOS. All gave the same result.
@BenSamways OK, I made a change, but you might need to wait until tomorrow and check again.

@BenSamways so was the dad added yesterday in relationships? it takes 24 hours to settle down
It all cleared up for the Dad yesterday morning, so the overnight data run must’ve done it’s job. Thanks for your help!
