Parent Connection not working

I have a new Lion in my Pack (yay!), but we cannot connect him with his Adult partner (no!). He has no parents listed in Scoutbook, although he has an Adult partner showing up on our roster in my.scouting. Searching for her doesn’t work either. I know she’s in the system because she is connected to her OTHER scouts in our pack.

I can provide ID numbers and whatnot, but not sure if I should do that in the forum or a PM.

Connection search is broken - try going to Unit Roster > Connection Manager - you should be able to make connection there - then go to connection and make parent
