I have clicked on the scout and he has NONE listed as parents. When I click on Add Parents, it takes me to his connection page. No parent is listed, so I click on Add & it takes me to the Search for Existing User page. I entered the parents full name, but Search returned no results. I entered just a first name but no results. I entered the last name only but no results. I entered the email, but no results.
Finally, I completed the Create New Adult portion, but the system returned this message: "
We found at least one user with the same first and last name. Please review the search results above to see if the user already exists." However, no results are listed.
Tiger Parent’s Member ID from My.scouting is 14817934 and the Scouts Member ID is 14817933. I am having the same problem with Lion Parent #6658794 with Scout #14770924. Is this a bug? Or can you connect them?
