Parent has multiple Scoutbook accounts and ID numbers

Hello, I have a parent that has been in our pack for 5 years. She served as a den leader once. For the last 2 years she has not been able to view her scout’s Scoutbook account. In addition she has a younger scout that she has never connected to, despite multiple tries.

As far as I can tell, she has 2 BSA ID numbers and at least 3 Scoutbook profiles. Any ideas how to resolve this?

I found 2 Scoutbook accounts and 3 BSA Member IDs. The accounts are merged and BSA Member IDs added to her ID as secondary. She needs to login to Scoutbook with her e-mail address.

I see 2 Scouts connected to her as Parent/Guardian.

I recommend contacting your Council and asking them to lookup her Scouts and add them to her profile using the Relationships tab in Registrar Tools.
