Parent Connection to Valid Scout Failing

We have a parent who we are trying to connect to their Scout in Scoutbook, when they click the connection link in the invite Scoutbook email they are getting the following message.

" this scout was not registered in the unit within 90 days of being placed on the scoutbook roster"

The Scout is valid and has been rostered.

What is the parent’s BSA member number or Scoutbook user ID? (No names, please.)

I think she is using the wrong log in? she has 2 and has logged into both Today - One is connected to 3 Scouts

Neither one is getting her access to her older scout in a BSA Troop.

How many Scouts? 3 or 4?

She has 3 scouts right now.
