Parent connections on my.scouting side are all correct and selected as Guardian. There are 3 ID’s listed on Scoutbook Plus side, 2 in Council one out of Council. Primary ID (oldest and all training and registrations) is 13967780, in council other is 142308841, out of council is 130431653. Both of the latter have been merged with Primary, parent still unable to view child with MID 13972539. Any repair recommendations?
@DavidSouthwick1 think you need to relook at posted numbers. The first 3 are a wife. The other one is a husband. So not sure which is having issue or what is the scout you are referring to
13972539 is both mother and wife of 13972539 (LN) - that is something council needs to clean up
@DonovanMcNeil Should I remove the connection to the husband? I saw that, and thought it was weird but not an issue. I am with Council. I saw 3 ID’s for mother and 1 for father when I looked at the SB+ side.
Well if she is not mother of the person it should be cleaned up. What is the Scout MID the user cannot see in SB+?

I think it is all right - first guess is WATCH the user sign in - they might not be switching profiles
the non-parent relationships are a mess to me in general
I accidently shared the father’s MID, same name. correct MID for the son is 13967727. I removed the connection between Husband/Wife - unnecessary and could gum things up. I don’t think she is using multiple profiles, she thought 13967780 was the only MID she had.
@DavidSouthwick1 she can use that - she changes profiles at top right of SB+ to the different roles
Oh, that one. I use it all the time, and mention to people having issues like “I don’t have the access I used to”. This is probably similar enough that I should have thought of it.

Forgot about that one, thank you. I only have 1 parent connection myself anymore, and usually use my Council access rather than Parent or Unit profiles. I’ll remind her.
Any Registrar tool changes take 24 hours to sync across systems too
Yes they do, although I’ve found some have started taking affect sooner. I never rely on that, though, and tell them 24-72 hours
