Parent Dropped from Youth Account

Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

A parent in our Pack all the sudden was dropped from her youth’s profile on Scoutbook Plus. She’s still linked on Scoutbook Legacy.

I found how to add her to the account on Scoutbook Plus, but she did not come in the search to add. I further investigated, turns out her birthday says “invalid” so I am guessing that’s why I can’t find her.

She does have a profile on Scoutbook that I can pull up through Scoutbook Legacy.

What can I do to solve this?

I think your local council will need to help, because her date of birth is blank.
