Parent E-Mail Tied to Scout

I’m a Council Scoutbook admin and trying to help a Pack with not being able to send messages to the Parents of a Cub Scout. Will the “pp_parentpack@scoutbook.org” be active in staging soon? It would be good to see what a parents account looks like that is not also a leader in the program. Currently the email address is tied to the scout, but it will not let the Cub Master add a parent for it.
