Parent has email associated with another account

Tried to put in new parents email tonight into scoutbook. Says email is associated with another account.

Parent claims there is no other account. Need to put email into parents account so they can start receiving emails from our unit.

So it looks like in my.scouting mom’s email is attached to the scout. I have gone and deleted this email in my.scouting now need to make sure it is deleted on scoutbook end and enter mom’s email and send invite to connect via scoutbook.

It was what you said. The parent’s email address was on the scout’s account, which I removed.
