Parent email address lost; can not log in

One of our members has her email changed to changemyemail@scoutbook.com. When trying to log in to check at my.scouting.org, she is no longer able to log in. When I search for her email address to add to our roster, it comes up with the same BSA number.

Is there multiple accounts for this person? Can the email address be reset back to the -removed by admins -

@StephenHack this is fixed - user should be using my.scouting.org user/password - user is (firstname).(lastname)
