Scoutbook BSA #

I’m not sure who can help with this but we have a parent that isn’t able to log into scoutbook. She puts in your username and password and it just sits there. It works on but not scoutbook.

I realized on her BSA# is one number but her BSA# on Scoutbook is listed as something different. Both under the same email. Is there a way to fix the scoutbook# somehow?

What is her my.scouting member ID
and her scoutbook member ID?

On her BSA# is 12721609 but her BSA# on Scoutbook is listed as 13798844.

I changed her member ID. She should be able to login to Scoutbook using the same login name she used for my.scouting.
I noticed she has view advancement rights to all the Scouts in the troop, was this intentional if she is not registered?

Is it possible for you to change adults email on an account? I have another parents that can’t access her account because she can’t remember the password and somehow emails are turned off on her account.
