Parent Email is being used for scout

I am unable to link a parent to a scout because their email address is being used for their scout. Is there a way to remove the email address so the parent can connect?

That scout already has a Mother? Kristen that is connected @DeniseMoss the scout had a generic system email not a unique one

The mother was never able to connect. Her email brings up her son. When she completed YPT it had her son’s name on the certificate. Does this mean I need to do something with my council?

The mother made a user for her Scout that she is using - it starts wgpe******* - her log in is the same but starts kspe*******

Ok so that is her email. Is there a way to create herself as a user so that she can connect to her scout as an adult and complete YPT since she is applying to be a leader?
I am very confused.

Wait a minute. That is not her email. So she already created 2 users??
If so, I don’t think she remembers. Is there a way to remind her or delete?
