Parent Email Issue with Scoutbook and Online Registration

Hi,

When a parent registers their Scout online, they typically enter their email address under the Scout’s name/account. When I try to add the parent to their Scout’s account, I get the error message below. Do I need to go into my.scouting to remove the Scout email for the parent to be added? If so, this is going to be a pain for fall registration.

you need to email scoutbook.support@scouting.org - a registrar used the email for a youth
