Scoutbook youth with parents email

We are having the same issue with a Scout on our Scoutbook as :

Scoutbook parent email attached to scout

When our local council assigned a new scout to my unit they used the parents email address for the scout account. So now I cannot add the parent to scoutbook because the address is already in use. The scout is new and has no email way to login. How can I remove the scout’s email so that I can add the parent? Charley

The Scout BSA # is:13780378
The Scout User ID is:11982626

I removed the e-mail address from the Scout’s Scoutbook account.
