Parent has no member ID in scoutbook, can access my.scouting, but not forums

I am trying to help a parent who can log into scoutbook (Scoutbook ID#13070337) but gets a warning that another account is using the same email. She has no connections to her Scout. She can also get into my.scouting (BSA ID#140180381 Council SDIC 49), but cant log into the forums with the error “Your account cant be used to access the forums”

Forgot to note her Scoutbook access does not show a BSA ID on the account.

Is she using the same login credentials to get into both Scoutbook and my.scouting, @JasonCostarakis?

ETA: Also, does her scout show up under “My Application” when she logs into my.scouting?

Yes, as well as the forums but forums dont work for her.

It sounds kinda like the parent relationship may be on one BSA ID, and the Scoutbook account may not have matched up with the other accounts because of some difference (e.g. a missing DOB or name mismatch). The SUAC folks may be able to help get the Scoutbook end of things fixed, and provide some clarity on what else needs fixing. I suspect our registrar (I’m also in SDIC) will also need to move the parent relationship in Akela to the “correct” BSA ID (whatever that turns out to be), but the SUAC folks will likely be able to see if that’s the case.

I am suspecting there are a few different issues in play at the same time, but the Scoutbook access with no BSA ID and no forums access at least are likely going to have to start with the SUAC.
